Morning team! We have a very picky client here, who wants to test every course back and forth and sometimes answering the quiz 3/4 times until the course eventually crashes.
Is this something "normal", I mean, to be expected? We normally test the courses as a normal student would do and they work smoothly, but to this client nothing is good enough and I wonder if this is something he should accept "as is" or there is something really wrong with our published courses.
Thank you in advance for any comment you might send.
After creating the published output, it is best to test the course in its intended environment. A couple of questions for you on this:
When your client is testing the course, are they testing it in an LMS environment?
Is the issue that the course is crashing when retaking the quiz multiple times?
If a course isn't playing as expected in your LMS, you can test/compare how the course performs in SCORM Cloud. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine and can help determine if there is an issue with the course or if the issue is on the LMS side. We have a great resource that I think will help here:
