I published a course and sent it to be uploaded to the LMS. The course is reporting to the LMS as "Test Out" instead of "Passed/Incomplete." Under Reporting options, there is no "Test Out" option. Have you come across this issue before. It is possible that it was something we did on our end to cause this, but wanted to run it by here since we can't seem to find a solution. Thanks!
I've not seen that in any Storyline files before - but have you checked in with your LMS team to see if that is a setting within your LMS? The options for reporting completion are detailed here in this article on general troubleshooting for LMSs.
