Is there any way in Storyline 3 to insert a video that will allow the learner to scrub backwards (in case they've missed a word or want to hear something repeated) but not forwards (so that they are made to watch the whole video ? The current system either allows full control over the video or locks it only to play/pause.
That's correct! If you allow the seekbar to be scrubbed, it will be able to move back and forward along the timeline. There's not currently a setting for only allowing backward scrubbing, but I appreciate you sharing that idea.
