Thank you so much for sharing a screenshot! I have a feeling this might be caused when using a specific story size? What is your Story Size for this project?
Does the course look different from when previewing the course in Portrait mode?
I'm eager to see what the fix is! If you'd like us to look at the project, you can either attach it to this discussion or upload it to our team using this secure upload link.
The size is 800x450 px. I attach the project. My LMS says that it's a problem with the storyline setting, but that can be corrected through some CSS and a HTML correction which was true, but it means to do this for each content I upload to the LMS. I don't know where actually the problem is, storyline or TinCanny plugin by Uncanny Owl (the plugin to display TinCan Content in Learndash).
Thanks for sharing the size that you are using as well as the .story file, David.
Adjusting the size in Storyline may be beneficial in your example. I recorded a quick Peek 360 video on what each of the previews looks like in Storyline.
