I'll try hacking the Grow option as that's an entrance animation and i'm looking for something on exit. Essentially, I'm trying to explain why one option of several on screen is the best option. As each option is eliminated, it shrinks and disappears, leaving the last (best) option. But by the time we get to it, it's pretty small with all the empty space now surrounding it. So I wanted to magnify it just before the slide ends.

Is the grow animation what you're looking for?
There are also zoom regions you can use to zoom in on parts of the slide
You can also add a Zoom Picture property to your image so that a user can click the image and expand it.
