Is this possible on Storyline???

Hi Guys, would be great to know if this is possible...

I'm trying to create some content around transactional analysis and I would like to create a table which has conditional formatting (like it does in MS Excel). Can I make something like this in Storyline?

The idea would be the delegate would select various words in a line and this would give them a score for that line(1,2,3 or 4).  After completing say 10 lines, if you scored the majority of line with 2, it would mean you had a certain type of personality.  

What do you think? Can this be done? Any help would be grateful appreciated.
