I think you have to submit survey to a database on a first slide. You need to use javascript / ajax to do this. And then collect statistics from the database and display them on the following slide.
I think this is something that should be done by your LMS and not by Storyline, that's assuming you're deploying your course from a LMS. You need a method to aggregate all this data and it can't be done in Storyline by itself. You might be able to pass the data to Storyline in variables and use Javascript to retrieve them, but I'm not sure how you would display the chart. You could use a web object to display the charts from a webpage.
