It seems like I can't have a "complete course" trigger and track survey questions at the same time....has to be one or the other.
I'd like to capture the survey responses and AND trigger course completion. Is this possible?
FYI: The survey includes 2 essay questions and a Likert question and we'd like to require that the survey is completed before credit for course completion is given.
That's correct! You cannot track using a complete course trigger and a survey results slide at the same time, you'd have to select one option.
If you'd like to track the responses for each of those questions, I'd recommend tracking with a results slide, and using quiz results in the publishing option.
