Issue in importing power point

Iam facing an issue while importing the power point . Can you please check the attachment and help me out wit this issue.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing the error you are experiencing when importing your .pptx file into Storyline 360.

I noticed that the file is located on your F: Drive from that image.

Could you move the file to your local drive, typically your C: Drive and try the import again?

We recommend working locally with your software, files, and all assets.

If you still need some assistance, then with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your .pptx file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

It looks like the attachment didn't make its way, but I've got a quick question and idea to try:

  • Is this problem happening with any PowerPoint file or a certain one?
  • Let's close Storyline and then copy the PowerPoint file to your desktop. When you relaunch Storyline and click Import PowerPoint, does the presentation appear?
