Issue on passing assessment score into PeopleSoft ELM

Oct 20, 2014

Hi Gurus,

We're currently using an older version of Articulate softwares (e.g. Studio '09', Engage '09, Articulate Quizmaker '09 and Presenter '09) and there are quite a number of issues particularly on the passing of assessment score into our PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management system.

Base on our observation, almost all of the courses that are created using the articulate software will encounter the issue. On the average, a course having 5,000 participants will encounter the score issue on the 300 to 500 number of participants.

Are there anyone else having this issue especially on companies using PeopleSoft for their LMS?

Looking forward for a very warm support on this community.

Thanks,

Dean

Hi Dean and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

It looks as if you have posted a Studio '09 question in the Storyline forums, so I'm not sure if the right people are going to see this question.

I also wanted to mention that we recommend testing your content in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue lies with your project or with the LMS.

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for highlighting that, I'll create a new post to the correct forum. Newbies problem.

Anyway, we can test in the SCORM cloud but the thing is that the course is working fine for most of the learners. There are only about 5% of the total participants that are experiencing the issue. We were wondering if this issue is caused by the Articulate software version that we have or something else. Was there any complaints from other Articulate clients which are on the PeopleSoft LMS? Or do you have any recommendation for this issue? We are planning to upgrade to the latest version of Articulate but we're afraid that we'll encounter this issue again.

Is there a recommended browser version for course contents that are created by a specific Articulate software version?

Thanks.

Dean

Hi Dean!

It does get hard to figure out with such a small percentage of users and not being able to reproduce.

Our system requirements, including supported browsers, can be found here.

I did a quick search and I did not see threads really related to your question, except this one.

You are welcome to utilize ArticuSearch as well.
