I made sure the files are allowed to be opened and used (security features) and I'm still experiencing the same error. I'm running the file on internet explorer.
Great call to also open a case with our Engineers for this! I see Ronaziel recently shared that the provided resource link will only load if the Player's Resource tab is enabled. We also have a few options on how to add a hyperlink to slides right here.
