Issue while installing Storyline Update 4

Hi Team,

My colleague is a facing an issue while trying to install the Storyline Update 4. InstallShield Wizard shows the following error and terminates:

"The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate"

Any suggestions to fix this issue?

Hi Nagendra,

Sorry to hear about the trouble your colleague is having with this. I did find some information that may help, however.

When installing a software update for Articulate Storyline, you may encounter the following error message:
     "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The set up will now terminate."
Here's how to fix it:
