Issue while installing Storyline Update 4 Jan 26, 2014 By Nagendra Hasilkar Hi Team, My colleague is a facing an issue while trying to install the Storyline Update 4. InstallShield Wizard shows the following error and terminates: "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate" Any suggestions to fix this issue?

When installing a software update for Articulate Storyline, you may encounter the following error message: "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The set up will now terminate." Here's how to fix it: The Installed Version of the Application Could Not Be Determined Let me know if your colleague still has trouble after following the suggestion in that article. Thanks!
