Issue with cloudberry

Hi all, 

I've successfully been working with Amazon's CloudBerry to extract the Web URLs from my Storyline Outputs, but I have one project that's particularly large and won't seem to move when I try to transfer it from one panel to another (my computer to my portfolio on Cloudberry). As you can see in this screenshot (http://www.screencast.com/t/ghHfB3LF), the first two tasks are completed, but the rest are frozen. I've tried this on two devices and it keeps getting stuck at the same place. Any suggestions on what I can do to move the folder, so I can get a url?
