Issue with cropped States on latest Storyline build

I'm having trouble recreating this on Update 40: Here's a quick video of my test
To help us find a fix, could you help me with these key details?

• Does this happen in preview, in the published output, or both?
• Can you walk me through how to set-up your 'Change state' trigger?

It's not a trigger issue, it's happening when creating States on the stage.

Does changing your dPI back to 100% fix this?
