Issue with not uninstalling Storyline

I've sent an email to support, but timing is an issue and wanted to see if anyone else came across this....

I received a new work laptop and properly uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline 2 on the new computer. However, my laptop was not working properly and before I was able to uninstall Storyline again they had already taken and reformatted the drive. When I get my laptop back all good as new will I have an issue reinstalling and entering in my license number?

Hi Betti,

When you download and install Storyline from here, you'll need to log in with an Articulate ID (the same account you use here to post in ELH) and then you'll need to enter in your serial number again to activate the license. 

I took a look and it looks like my colleague Swapnil got you all figured out! Our team is pretty fast at those installation issues! 😀
