Issue with Question Banks

Hey to you all
I have an issue with publishing/previewing a traing unit based on a question Bank in SL2.
The unit consists of 180 Slides. The learner has several options to view the questions, based on different subjects.
- When I try to preview the project, it stops at slide 29 and the hourglass spins ad infinitum.
- When I want to publish, the program crashes.
Has someone had the same issue? every help is greatly appreciated
Cheers
Joachim

Hi Joachim,
I haven't seen the same thing - but I'd want to make sure you were working on project files and publishing as described here, and that you meet at least the minimum system requirements documented here.
Hey Ashley
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I publish the project files exactly as described (and the same way I publishe all of my other projects) and yes, my system completely meets the requirements.
The Size of this project, for information, is about 120 MB. So more or less the same as all our learning units.
Cheers, Joachim
Hi Joachim,
I think to investigate this further we'll need to take a look at the .story file and how it publishes on our end. Are you able to share a copy of the .story file here?
Thanks for looking at the .story file! You can download it here:
https://www.advcampus.com/storyline/
The page is password protected: storyline2
Kind regards
Joachim

Thanks Joachim,
I'll take a look there - and just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here so you are welcome to edit the post to remove that information if you wish.
Hi Joachim,
Thanks again for sharing your file. I initially ran into the issues you mentioned with previewing and publishing and so I went and imported it into a new Storyline file and then published that one and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud here.
I also uploaded the published output folder here in case you'd like to download that. So I'd look at your original file and go through the steps here to import and also confirm that you're working on project files as described here.
Please let us know if you need anything else.
Thank you for this
Unfortunately I am not able to download the files. How do I proceed?
Thanks in advance
Joachim

HI Joachim,
Were you able to test the example I posted in SCORM Cloud? It should run directly in your browser so not needing to download to your hard drive. I only had to import it into a new file to allow it to behave as expected - so you may want to go through those steps as documented above as well.
Also, replying via email includes your signature here so you may want to look at editing the post if you'd prefer to have that information removed.
Hey Ashley
Sorry for that. Seems it’s too hot for working these days. Yes of course: I imported the whole stuff in a new file and it perfectly works. Thank you a lot for helping me with this!
Kind regards from Switzerland
Joachim

No worries Joachim - I'm going to enjoy the last few days of hot - soon it'll be snowing here! :-)
