I'm not able to answer questions on the second attempt when using Chrome (it occurs when using multiple result type of question). But, when i try to do the same using Explorer i don't get this issue and able to complete the unit.
Hey Guy! Sorry you're running into this. Where are you hosting your course to test it? You'll want to make sure that you're uploading your course to the environment it was published for, if you're testing the course locally on your computer then you may encounter some undesired behavior.
If you're uploading your course to it's intended environment and still seeing this, would you be able to share your .story project file here so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!
I'm facing this issue on both local and LMS platform when running the html5 file.
Unfortunately I'm not able to share the file as it confidential. appreciate if you could help me to find a solution for this issue, as we are unable to upload content to the LMS due to this. Thanks!
Sorry you're still running into this roadblock, Guy!
I definitely understand the confidentiality issue. Would you be able to send your file along privately to our Support Engineers here instead so they can work with you to investigate? They can sign an NDA if necessary, too.
