Issue with Screen Recording

I have been using the screen recording feature in Articulate Storyline 360 with no problem up until I updated it this week. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? No matter how many times I screen record, it will not upload the screen recording into the scene.

Sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! I can record a screencast in Storyline without issues using these steps.

We can start the troubleshooting by checking if you're working on your local drive; working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. If the problem still happens, try running these steps to repair Storyline.
