Issue with screen recording

Dear community,
I've got issues with recording my screen, see attached file.
Everytime I want to record, Storyline doesn't capture the parameters I've set.
In addition, I already uninstalled Storyline, restarted my computer and installed the software again. Unfortunately, it didn't worked.
Also, I looked into my Windows-Features but the .NET Framework 4.8 was already activated.
I have Windows 10 and the latest version of Storyline.

Hi Fabian. When using multiple monitors, I have found that I must record on my main computer screen (my laptop), or it will record like your attached image. Hope that helps! -Jill
