Issues exporting Articulate 360 Feedback to PDF

We are trying to export Feedback in Articulate 360 to a PDF and are getting a false/Failed - no file error. Anyone else having this issue? It worked yesterday, but today I'm getting this message for every course I publish to Articulate 360.

Hi, Ellen! Thanks for letting us know what's going on. I did a quick test in Review and did not run into any issues with the PDF export. Here's a quick Peek of what I saw.

  • Mind sharing a Peek of what you're seeing? A Peek for a Peek ☺️Or, screenshots of what you see in Review as well as the error message?
  • Do you come across that notice when trying to export in the CSV format as well?
