Import Engage activity into Storyline 360 but can't see the edit Engage nor the edit properties buttons to make changes. Only thing importing, coming through is the front page of the Engage activity in Storyline.
What specific Engage activity are you trying to add to Storyline? Could you share it in this thread, or privately in a case? We will delete it from our files when we are done testing it.
Also, here are some things to consider:
Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
Is this issue isolated to one project, or every .story file where you attempt to insert the Engage activity?
I am having an issue with SL360 crashing every time I try to import an Engage activity. We have no choice but to use a network drive, as a company thing. So is this meaning we cannot embed Engage? Rendering it useless?
While working on a network drive is not recommended, it might not be the exact reason why importing Engage interactions crashes your Storyline 360. Have you attempted to copy both projects (.story and .intr) to a local drive to see if it works?
