Hi. I'm a new Storyline 2 user. Created a test quiz and sent it around as a zip file for testing. I am using a ThinkPad laptop running Windows 7 and was able to view the quiz via Firefox (after following the instructions to extract the file and view story.html file) . Another coworker is using ThinkPad and was able to view via IE 11. Other colleagues are using DELL and ASUS laptops running Windows 8.1 and when they double-clicked on the the story.html file, they just saw a blank white screen.
Any ideas as to (1) how to resolve and (2) what the issue may be?
I'm running WIndows 8.1 and have no trouble viewing story.html files. Maybe it's a browser setting - have those users tried using another browser. Get them to right click story.html and 'open with' then they can select another browser to try.
