Issues viewing Storyline published content on Windows 8.1

Hi.  I'm a new Storyline 2 user.  Created a test quiz and sent it around as a zip file for testing.  I am using a ThinkPad laptop running Windows 7 and was able to view the quiz via Firefox (after following the instructions to extract the file and view story.html file) .  Another coworker is using ThinkPad and was able to view via IE 11.  Other colleagues are using DELL and ASUS laptops running Windows 8.1 and when they double-clicked on the the story.html file, they just saw a blank white screen. 

Any ideas as to (1) how to resolve and (2) what the issue may be?
