Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? Or can you share the .STORY file here? If you'd prefer to not post it in the forums, you can also share it with us privately.
I'd be happy to take a look and see if I experience the same issue with the audio. If we can both hear the audio outside of the LMS, it may very well be an issue with specific to Saba.
