Issues with Quiz results (and review) after adding Freeform quiz questions
I used several resources here to figure out quiz results and quiz retrying with quiz questions scattered throughout the class and it was working great. I added 2 additional freeform quiz questions and now 2 things are happening:
1. Nothing happens when I click retry quiz
2. The first page I get to when I click Review quiz is the slide right before the first quiz question slide.
Can anyone assist?

Have you checked your triggers? That is what was wrong with my quiz. I didn't have the triggers set up to retry the quiz, nor did I have the review quiz button set up to go to the correct slide.
I did check the triggers and that fixed my quiz. I had inadvertently deleted a quiz retry trigger . What's left now is figuring out why I keep going back to the wrong slide on review. Will be checking triggers again for the umteenth time.
