Issues with quiz timer

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can provide more information on what happens when a timer on an Storyline quiz runs out on a randomized question pool? I have read that a prompt is supposed to come up that says the the timer has run out, but when it runs out in my preview of the entire project, I get, "The slide target of this link is not available in this preview." When it is uploaded in my LMS, the timer runs out and nothing happens...the user just can't answer any more questions besides the one they are currently on. What I ideally would like is for the timer to run out, and the user is pushed to the results page (otherwise they have to click through a lot of question slides, depending on where they are in the exam). Has anyone run into similar difficulties or have an idea for a solution?
