Hi everyone, I am new to Storyline and am having issues with content created in PPT containing screen recordings that were trimmed in PPT. When I upload to Storyline it is not respecting that the part of it was trimmed off and is showing the screen recording in it's entirety. I am using Windows 10 Pro and the content was created using Windows 365. Could this be the issue? Many thanks in advance for any help. Angie
There's a chance that PowerPoint might not be altering your screen recording file permanently, and instead is just setting the start and stop point in playing the video.
Thanks Joe! I am just seeing your reply now. I am so sorry for not responding. I guess I was interested in seeing if others were having issues with 365. Content in earlier versions of PPT work perfectly. Have a good day and thanks again!

Hi Angie,
Thanks for reaching out!

If you need a more permanent solution to trimming your video, you can either edit your video directly in Storyline 360, or open it in Replay 360 and trim the video there.
Let me know if this works for you!
