I have two different Storyline modules that previously loaded just fine. Suddenly in the last week the users testing it for me that have Mac OS 11 Big Sur / Safari are reporting that is not loading - they are watching the spinner go and go and go. When the same users try it in Chrome these modules are loading fine.
Has anyone else experienced this with Mac OS 11 Big Sur / Safari? What can we do to fix this?
Thank you Philip and Matthew - I'm reconfirming both these things right now. I thought I'd updated Storyline but just rechecked that and am doing more testing. Will keep you posted on what we learn.
Just a quick update on this. Seems the update didn't take on my first updating of 360 so I uninstalled Storyline and then reinstalled it. The update worked that time and this problem is resolved. Thank you Matthew and Philip for the help - much appreciated!

The most recent update (23 Feb) includes a fix for this if you happened to work on this course prior to that?

"Fixed: Published courses could freeze when viewed in Safari on a Mac."?

Matthew -
Here are the errors that show up - now what? (I'm not a Mac person so am the middle person for this one).
I'm also trying out the republished module after trying to update again so we'll see if that resolves this.
Thanks Matthew! I'll definitely do that next if this doesn't resolve the issue. Fingers crossed that this works!
