I've got a course and had to roll back to version 3.35 due to JAWS not reading the main content. However, JAWS now tells the user to click space bar to activate a button, this doesn't work, I have to click space bar twice or shift/spacebar to get the button to activate. Does anyone else have this issue?
I'm happy to help! What you're noticing with JAWS asking the user to activate a button with the Space Bar, is a bug we released in Update 36 (Build 3.36.21213.0) for Storyline 360.
We are now on Update 38 (Build 3.38.21779.0) and you'll find the main content is read differently than in Update 36 (Build 3.36.21213.0). It's read as the user moves through the course using the navigation buttons.
