Not sure if I can post a job opening here. We have an opening for a Storyline Developer and a LMS Admin.
Summary: E-Learning Production Shop has an immediate need for a developer to create Storyline training modules and also support our SalesForce-based LMS.
Start date: November 2013
Location: Dallas, TX
Position type: Contract to perm or hourly contract
Description:
Training development: Working under a lead Instructional Designer and from instructional design plans, create Storyline software simulations and soft-skills practice modules. Working with graphic designer, turn sophisticated PowerPoint presentations into Articulate Presenter multimedia e-learning modules.
LMS and CMS Admin: Add and maintain users and their security and access; upload and maintain content; generate custom reports and export to Excel for further analysis and customization
Requirements: 3-5 years experience in training development, including experience in:
· Development of online training, preferably for soft-skills content
· Development of screen recordings for application training
· Learning Management and Content Management Systems administration and support
· Creating, updating, and following development and quality processes
· Creating project plans in MS Excel and using date functions
· Distributed work environments
Additional Requirements:
1. College degree
2. 1+ years experience working with Articulate Suite of products
3. 1+ years experience managing an LMS
4. Exceptional MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
5. Excellent writing skills – sample required
6. Demonstrated attention to detail
7. Demonstrated visual acuity
8. An interest in multimedia
9. Experience with sales training a plus and online sales training preferred
