Job Opening on Instructional Designer and Storyline Developer

Summary: E-Learning Production Shop has an immediate need for an instructional designer and Storyline developer to customize existing online sales training for new clients
Start date: November 2013
Location: Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; or elsewhere in US
Position type: Contract to perm or hourly contract
Responsibilities:
· Working under a lead Instructional Designer, customize existing design plans and write case studies for new clients who will use our sales training methodology
· Partner with graphic designer to customize sophisticated PowerPoint presentations to be used for Articulate Presenter multimedia e-learning modules
· Create Storyline software simulations and soft-skills practice modules following design plans and editing raw audio files
· Participate in QA for team’s deliverables
· Serve as project manager for your assigned clients
Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in:
· Development of online training, preferably for soft-skills content
· Development of screen recordings for application training
· Creating, updating, and following development and quality processes
· Creating project plans in MS Excel and using date functions
· Distributed work environments
Additional Requirements:
· College degree
· At least 1 year experience working with Articulate Suite of products: Storyline, Presenter, and Quizmaker
· Exceptional MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
· Excellent writing skills – sample required
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Demonstrated visual acuity
· An interest in multimedia
· Experience with sales training a plus and online sales training preferred
