I am looking to add a fast forward to the videos in the module so that the users can skip to the content as needed. In believe Jump to Trigger feature allows capability. However, I don't see this trigger in my Storyline. I am using v3. 3.37.21453.0.
Question - Is using Jump to Trigger the right solution to add the fast forward feature?
Thanks for the quick response. I don't have Jump to time/cue point trigger option in my storyline. That's why I am asking for help. I am also wondering do I will have to pay to upgrade the current version? I hope to find some help soon.
The Jump-to-time triggers are exclusive to the new trigger workflow in Storyline 360 builds 3.38.21779.0 and later. Here is how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of the new Jump-to-time trigger:

I need your help in figuring out how can I make bring in the add the forward/backward visual sign on the bottom of the video. Please see the attached image from one of storyline tutorial . I have marked the same white.

You need the Jump to Time/Cue Point trigger, which can be found six from the top of the trigger list:
