Does anyone have any suggestions please? I have inserted trigger to Jump to URL. I am linking to .html file on my desktop. Html file has accompanying images in appropriately named folder. I publish. I drop the html file and accompanying folder in the published external_files folder. Works great when I run locally. When I load on SCORM cloud to test, the jump to URL still functions fine and loads the html file, but the images do not load. Any suggestions on how I can get the images to load? Much appreciated.

So, are you following the instructions here for hyperlinking to a file?
Do you have a .story file that we could take a look at since you mentioned issue in SCORM Cloud as well?
