Just recorded lots of videos now they wont work in storyline

Hi, im really  hoping someone could help me here.

I have just done a lot of video recording with my HD camcorder but now when i try importing it into articulate it says the videos are not a supported video format.   The format of my videos are .mts. Does anyone have any idea how i can use these videos withou changing the quality of them?
