Hi Ashley,

Victor from the support team just called and we had to completely uninstall
and reinstall Articulate 360. We've spent the last hour making sure that
everything works now. I TRULY appreciate how fast you guys responded
because I was "dead in the water" with an end of day deadline on a project.
So I am happily now back up and running.

The whole issue we think was somehow the update did not completely download
and as a result when I clicked the Articulate 360 app on my computer, it
would open, but it was just a big old white screen and no where to login or
to even click to open an app. Very weird. But it is now resolved and I am
once again a happy camper!
