A few questions to gather more clues: Saving and publishing Storyline projects on a shared drive can cause crashes. Let's make sure that the file is stored on a local c: drive. Does the error appear on any file you try to publish or a particular one? Any file: Could you share the course with us so we can take a closer look? If the content is private, you can upload it through this secure link. Particular one: Let's see if importing the slides into a new project does the trick. I'll be here!
