Keep getting corrupt data errors

I am constantly getting corrupt data errors.  These occur when either when I try to save or when I try to open my files.

I created a template that I use for a specific type of course I create.  Since a couple of updates ago I get these errors routinely.  I am hating it when I have to create a new course.  

Sometimes it will work just fine, but rarely.
