Hello, We had to republish all our lessons recently because Google Chrome had been acting weird- leaving out buttons and resource list not dropping down.
So we republished and reuploaded into our LMS. A student went through the lesson and failed the knowledge check- tried to retry and it wouldn't allow her to take it again and then Next and Prev buttons popped up in the bottom right during this "retry" session.
I would double check the settings on the retry button. Is the trigger still set to reset results? Is the reset happening before the module jumps to the first question, things like that.
