My work laptop was recently replaced. I have requested and downloaded the storyline 2 software I had on the old machine but it will not allow me to use my old serial number as it is machine specific. Who do I contact about this? Thanks.
Congrats on the new laptop! I see you also opened a support case #01221376. My colleague Libby replied with some helpful information on how you can install Storyline 2 on your new machine.
