Latest Articulate StoryLine update

This morning, Articulate stated there were updates available.  
I updated. 
Now, when I Preview or Publish a .story project with Audio or video, when it gets to the slide with the audio or video, it does not play the audio nor the video. 
In Preview mode, I get a continuous flashing of 3 dots that never end. 
I sent the same .story to a colleague who did not yet update, and the story both Previews and Publishes just fine.    
We tried it with two different .story files from two different projects. 

I now have version:  v3.62.27371.0

Hi John, my 2 colleagues and I have just discovered that we are having exactly the same problem with new versions of courses on either Review or if previewed directly within Storyline.

If we change the version on Review to one that pre-dates the update to Storyline the course works as normal.  So it is obviously effecting all new publications after the update to version 3.62.27371.0

Unfortunately we have all updated to 3.62.27371.0 so cannot now develop new courses / update existing courses.

We reported this issue to Articulate who have now identified the bug and have released a hotfix, Storyline 360 build 3.62.27443.0

I have installed this latest software update to Storyline 360, have republished the courses and can confirm that they can now be previewed and reviewed.

"I understand that you have slides not loading after it's published after updating to Storyline 360 (build 3.62.27371.0).

We have identified a bug where slides are not loading if you have objects like textboxes with entrance animation with effects set to "By Paragraph".

I'm happy to let you know we released a hotfix, Storyline 360 build 3.62.27443.0. This update fixes the issue you ran into where Slides with textboxes that are animated "by paragraph" didn't load when the project used classic text.
