Layers and States

Hello!
I am creating a slide that has four different layers. The user will click an icon to display a given layer, then click a home button to go back to the base layer.
I want the icon to display a different color when the user clicks. I have set the trigger, however when the user revisits the base layer... the new color isn't displayed.
This is important because I want to say 'once all icons are in the 'clicked' state, enable the next button'.

Hi,
Actually you don't need to set a trigger for changong the color of the icons.
If you use the storyline state "visited", the object will have this state automatically.
Can you share you story file so we can have a look ?
Hi Maggie
this sample file may help you.
You don't need triggers to change the state of an object if you are using the inbuilt SL states (except for Characters). See this tutorial - the section 'Triggering states'
