Yikes! I was working on a module last night. When I came back to it this morning, I couldn't work with layers on any slide. I opened a different file and have the same problem. The properties just aren't there (in the lower right, where they belong). Screengrab attached. What happened??
You may have accidentally clicked the window off, or undocked it. On the view tab, click redock all windows. This should work to get your layers back in the lower right corner
