Why is the layout of my story view like this? this in one scene.
How do I control it? Tried to drag it to be one long sequence and I can't.

The slides arrange themselves depending on triggers.
If you dont have a trigger for "go to slide" or "next slide" they dont arrange like the 1.1-1.4 slides
So check how you navigate through the slides and you should see the result :)
