Leaderboard for teams
Jan 19, 2017
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a way to create a leaderboard for teams. I'm now experimenting with the tutorial of e-learning brothers (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/how-to-create-a-free-leaderboard-for-elearning-with-google).
This leaderboard shows the score of each individual player. In my course I would like to let teams compete to eachother. At the first page they would select the team they are in (multiple buttons). At the last page I want to show a leaderboard with the scores of the best teams.
The tutorial uses single names, but for teams the data of multiple individuals should be combined to generate a average score. Does anyone one how to do this?
Thanks! :)

Here's a ready to use leaderboard for Storyline. I realize it's too late for this project, but maybe someone who's reading this will find it helpful: https://cluelabs.com/leaderboard-high-scores-elearning-widget.html
Hi Nicholas, this looks interesting. How do you go about adding this to a Storyline project? Is it easy to do? Thanks.
Susan, it gives you instructions step by step when you create a new leaderboard. It's a few steps, e.g. "create a variable xxx," "paste this code into a trigger yyy," etc.
Thank you. I will check it out.
