If Articulate shows you 99% and incomplete, the LMS cannot mark it as complete. This could be because of some configuration issue or a bug in Articulate.
When you have large number of slides, it is usually better to set the completion to a little less than max.
If Articulate calls it completed, GrassBlade should be able to read the completion and mark the Lesson as completed. (I am assuming you are still using GrassBlade)

I had no problems running Articulate content on LearnDash.
The completion thing is a setting in LearnDash, if I recall right. Head over to the LearnDash forums and hit them up.
