PT Sans Narrow 14 (russian) Looks OK in development mode. In preview mode and after publication letters height is distorted. This issue is applicable to some other fonts for usual sizes (14, 16).

As it states in the article, "If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail."
If you would like to share your file, I would be happy to publish on my end to see if I encounter the same behavior you have illustrated with your screenshot.

As I know texts become pictures after publication.
So font height issue remains the same despite of course location.
