I'm having this issue today, suddenly all of my courses seem to have missing letters. We use IE, the download font setting is enabled by default. So I'm not sure what's going on, or why this just started today.
The font is actually Arial, so it can't be an issue with that. I changed anything too unique to Arial just to make sure it wasn't a compatibility issue, still getting missing characters.
We are having the same issues with some people as well. My system is looking OK, but this just came back from a reviewer using IE (see attachment) missing all the T's and F's in the slides.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? This is sometimes an issue related to that.
Thanks for the reply, David. A couple of my learners are experiencing the issue whereas I have not.
I will advise them to clear the cache on their browser.
Thanks again

Actually, the output font is NOT Arial...it's supposed to be, I don't know what the font is, or why it has changed.
And now they are back! I am so confused.
