Good afternoon,
I purchased a license for the whole Articulate package.
Since I've bought a new computer I decided to uninstall the license from my old computer to have it in my new one.
I was, however, unable to install it. The message I get is that the license is already in use, therefore I can not install.
Meaning I have now a license I'm unable to make use of, because i haven't got it either installed in my old or new computer.
How can I proceed?

Welcome to Heroes! I'm sorry to hear that. You will probably have to resort to Manual Activation. If you would submit a Support Case, we'll be glad to take a closer look and walk you through the whole process. Please make sure to include your Serial # in your submission.
