light box lack issue on video.

Hi People,
I have created one lesson in storyline 360 which include one video of 30 mins (60 MB) on which we are trying to bring 2 quiz as a light box in an around 10 mins and 18 mins.
But after publishing and uploading on SABA LMS. there was lack. Some of the user are facing this challenge that the quiz light box appears at 10 mins 15 secs and for some it is appearing at 10 min 30 secs.
Any solution or advice?
I have also tried a workaround to pause the video at 10 mins using pause trigger but after closing the light box my video is still the pause state.
Is there any trigger or jquery which help me to play the video, once I will close the lightbox.Lightbox as a Trigger

It's possible that some of the variation is learners with different browsers, different browser versions, different firewalls, any number of variations. You can spend a lot of time looking for ways to make all that happen. Or, you could just cut the video at the point where you want the quiz, advance to the next slide when media ends, have the quiz, and go to the next slide with the next part of the video, and repeat.
In my opinion the simplest ways are not only the best ways, they are frequently the most reliable.

Thanks for the turnaround, I also thought the same idea but the issue is we want a single seekbar. If we go with your suggestion then it won't be possible to have a single seekbar.
So then, what happens if they advance the seekbar past the quiz spot? Or are you planning just a progress indicator?

No, if you past the quiz, it will re appear after some time. So that's not an issue for us.

because right now I have used the trigger to pause the video just 1sec before the light box appears but when I close the light box, my video is still in the pause state.
