Your lightbox trigger has "Use navigation controls" selected.
Even though you have triggers on the lightboxed slide to hide PREV and NEXT, it still shows the player bar at the bottom where the PREV and NEXT buttons would be if they weren't hidden.
To fix the problem, deselect "Use navigation controls" in the lightbox trigger. And delete the triggers on the lightboxed slide that change the state of PREV and NEXT. Those triggers won't be needed.

Without seeing the slide, I am going to assume that the slide has some player features enabled, but it looks like the player is not enabled.
I'd check the lightbox properties, slide properties, and player properties.
There is a slider and the lightbox appears when the slider reaches 5
