Lightbox in Storyline Player

Hi there
I have used Lightboxes in the player in most of my courses to show the learner how to navigate the course.
In a recent course, the lightbox will not display in preview, when I click on the link in the player.
The only place the player link works, is if I preview the actual lightbox slide. From this slide, the player link works.
Has anyone got a solution to how I can fix this

Never had the problem before and only reasons that I could see for it: Triggers set up wrong or your not previewing entire project.
You say this isn't working in preview have you tried publishing and seeing if works in the published output? If neither of those things works and you have the option to, share the file here.

I previewed the entire project and voila! It works properly. I didn't realise I had to view the whole project to see the functionality.
No problems, I always keep my lightboxes in a seperate scene, so I assumed you had done the same, caught me out the first time as well!
